Orlando and his team were incredibly quick to help me remedy an issue on a home I recently purchased. The quality of work compared to the slap dash work that was done by the previous owners was night and day. Even though my work came in slightly above the estimate, Orlando clearly explained why and that it was necessary to do the job right. After his team left, I felt confident that my issues would be resolved for the first time since owning my home.

Rodriguez exteriors did an amazing job! They actually were ahead of schedule with getting the job done. Very competitive rates, excellent customer service, cleaned everything beautifully, and best of all they installed shingles, decking, as well as flashing that all my neighbors are complementing. Orlando's crew did a great job installing new skylights and new roof on part of our house.  The transition from old to new shingles appears seamless.  The crew worked efficiently, carefully, and neatly.  We were surprised how quickly the job got done!  Every crew member we interacted with was quite friendly and respectful, too. Rodriguez Exteriors went above and beyond in every way! Orlando and his crew were professional, hard-working and very knowledgeable. They did a MAJOR project for us which included a complete removal of wood siding, installing new siding, gutters, 4 windows, two doors, removing a deck and even installation of a mailbox. At a time where it is very hard to find a great contracting team, we did with Rodriguez Exteriors! Our house has been complimented by many and we have already shared Orlando's company information with two of our neighbors! Rodriguez Exteriors replaced our roof, siding and gutters and it all looks SO good! They also replaced the roof and siding on our shed to match. We are thrilled with the end result. Rodriguez Exteriors was great to work with! They were really helpful as we chose colors and design and very communicative on timeline and the whole process. They were patient with our questions. We first called 3 different known roofing companies and were not impressed with their response and sales tactics. Then as a last resort I called Rodriguez Exteriors when I randomly saw they were working on a house in my neighborhood.

Orlando was prompt to reply and unlike the other guys, he showed me exactly what I needed and nothing more and his quote was very reasonable. He and his crew were always on time, courteous and did a great job.

We had been looking at getting a few windows replaced in our home and were having the absolute worst time finding someone who would be able to do it either anytime soon, or within our budget. This was getting a bit urgent as our nursery windows had stuff growing in them.

Rodriguez Exteriors met both of our requirements. Oscar and his crew were amazing. They showed up every day right on time and did the job right. We met with Orlando and rodriguez exteriors on 5-3-22 to inquire about getting a new roof.  We received a few quotes and decided to go with rodriguez exteriors because Orlando came out promptly and measured in the rain and stopped out the following day to actually show us large roof samples. Called 8 roofing companies. 3 got back to me and bid the job. Rodriguez got back to me first. They were the lowest price of the 3 bids, but had good reviews so I was confident about hiring them. It sounded like they were booked a month out when we first talked, but they had an opening and got me in within about a week. Roof looks great. The final bill was exactly what they bid. I can't even think of a minor thing to complain about.
